Custom Home Builds

We bought a plot on the edge of Leicester and quickly realised how difficult it was to coordinate a full custom home build between different trades. M & G Builders Leicester Ltd stepped in and handled the build in a joined-up way, from the main structure through to the internal finishes. What helped most was the direct site communication. Problems were discussed early, decisions were practical, and the build kept moving without constant confusion.

Our main concern was finding custom home builders in Leicester who could actually deliver a full new house build instead of only doing part of the work. M & G Builders Leicester Ltd took on the project from foundation stage to final finish items, including plumbing, electrics, plastering, and kitchen installation. The team stayed focused on the sequence of works, which made the whole process much less stressful for us as first-time self-build clients.

I had plans for a bespoke family home but no confidence in managing separate contractors for brickwork, roofing, plumbing, and flooring. M & G Builders Leicester Ltd gave us one point of contact and coordinated the build stages properly. The custom home build progressed steadily, and when small site issues came up, they were solved on-site without delays turning into bigger problems. The finished layout works exactly as we intended.

After speaking to several builders, we chose M & G Builders Leicester Ltd for our Leicester custom home build because they were realistic and straightforward during the site visit. We needed a company that could manage the full construction and final fit-out, not just the shell. Their coordination across trades made a big difference, especially when our kitchen and bathroom installation timings needed adjusting. The result is a complete new build house we are very happy with.

We were building a new home for my parents and needed practical decisions made quickly because the layout had specific accessibility requirements. M & G Builders Leicester Ltd handled the custom home build with good coordination and clear on-site discussions. They completed the key structural work and internal finishing stages in the right order, which avoided the delays we had on previous projects. The underfloor heating and flooring installation were also completed neatly.

Our plot had limited access, so we were worried a new build contractor would struggle with materials, sequencing, and keeping the work on track. M & G Builders Leicester Ltd planned the custom home build stages sensibly and kept adapting when access issues slowed deliveries. Instead of letting one delay affect everything, they reorganised tasks and kept progress going. That practical approach is the reason we would recommend them for custom home builds in Leicester.

We wanted a custom-built home in Leicester with a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, and durable flooring, but we did not want to manage multiple companies. M & G Builders Leicester Ltd delivered a full build service and coordinated the trades from the structural phase through internal finishes. We also appreciated that the design and architectural coordination was arranged through one business, which saved us time and made the entire house build process easier to manage.

Before hiring M & G Builders Leicester Ltd. our project was stuck because we had ideas for a new home build but no clear route from design to construction. They helped move the custom home build forward by coordinating the required stages and keeping communication practical during site meetings. The brickwork, roofing, plumbing, electrics, and final finish work came together properly. We now have a completed home instead of an unfinished plan on paper.
